VIETNAMESE BEEF SOUP

What you need:

Rice noodles 300 grams
Onion ½ head
Fish sauce 1.5 tablespoons
Anise (star anise) 1 piece
Cinnamon sticks 1 piece
White pepper ground a pinch
Beef broth 1.5 liters
Beef 400 grams
Onion green 3 pieces
Mint leaves 15 grams
Bean sprouts 90 grams
White onion 1 head
Chili pepper red 1 piece
Lemons 1 piece

Prepare:

Put the meat in a plastic bag and send it to the freezer for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large pot throw the head of onions, fish sauce, anise, cinnamon, pepper, pour the broth and 500 milliliters of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove onion, star anise and a cinnamon stick.
Throw rice noodles in boiling water, stir and drain. Rinse with cold water.
We get the meat from the freezer and very thinly cut across the fibers.
Lay out the noodles and chopped green onions in 4 small bowls.
Lay out the meat, mint, sprouts, sliced white onion and chopped chili.
Serve with slices of lemon.
