What you need:

pumpkin 500 grams
chicken fillet 300 grams
sour cream 200 grams
wheat flour 1 tablespoon
vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
salt and chicken seasoning to taste
Peel the onion and cut it. Warm up the pan, pour vegetable oil and shift our onions there.
Fry the onions until Golden brown. At this time, wash the chicken fillet and cut it into strips. Add to the onion fillet and seasoning for chicken to taste, a little salt, mix everything.
Fry the onion with the chicken for 2-3 minutes.
Spread the resulting mass on the bottom of the pots. In the same pan pour a tablespoon of flour.
Fry it a little, trying to avoid the formation of lumps. Add sour cream and bring to a boil.
The sauce can be salted, and add seasonings to enhance the taste.
Pumpkin clean, cut into pieces of medium size. Spread the pumpkin on top of the chicken in pots.
Pour in the pots of sour cream sauce.
Cover the pots with lids, put them in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
After 40 minutes, remove from the oven.
