What you need:

moonshine 45% 1 liter
10 carnation
sugar 150 grams
water 250 milliliters
orange zest 2 teaspoons
2 cardamom
black pepper 8 grains
anise 0.5 tsp
cinnamon 1 stick medium size


Cut the orange zest into small pieces (the white pulp should not get into the drink, it gives bitterness).
Crush cinnamon and cardamom.
Fall asleep all the spices in the jar, add the moonshine, mix and tightly close the lid.
Put the Bank in a dark place with room temperature for 7 days.
Once a day shake.
Mix sugar and water in a saucepan, heat over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved, do not bring to a boil.
Remove the white foam and cool the mixture to room temperature.
Add sugar syrup to the tincture, mix, close tightly and stand for another 3-4 days.
The finished liquor is filtered, then poured into bottles for storage.
Before tasting, we stand for another 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
