SALMON FILLET WITH CHEESE

What you need:

salmon fillet 1 kg
onions 1 piece
mayonnaise 1/3 Cup
lemon juice 2 tablespoons
mustard 1 tablespoon
garlic 2 teeth
grated hard cheese 1/4 Cup
grated mozzarella 1/2 Cup
salt and pepper to taste

Prepare:

Fish fillet check for any bones and remove them.
Spread the fish on a foil-lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
On top of the fish fillet distribute thin rings of onions.
In a small bowl, beat the delicious mayonnaise with garlic and lemon juice passed through the press. Cover the surface of the onion cushion with a thin layer of sauce and cover the dish with grated cheese.
Put the fish for 15 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 degrees, and then under the grill-for 2-3 minutes until Golden brown.
