MARINADE BEEF WITH WINE

What you need:

500 grams of beef tenderloin:
200 milliliters dry red wine
50 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
1 sprig of rosemary
thyme, chili pepper, tarragon to taste

Prepare:

Mix oil and wine, add rosemary and spices, pour the resulting marinade meat.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
