GINGER LIQUEUR

What you need:

fresh ginger 50 grams
brew of 0.5 liters (40%)
sugar 100 grams
lemon zest 1 teaspoon without top
nuts 6 walnut halves
vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon
water 50 milliliters

Prepare:
