CUPCAKE WITH LEMON ZEST
What you need:

Margarine 100 grams
Sugar 1 Cup
Chicken egg 4 pieces
Lemons 1 piece
Milk ½ Cup
Wheat flour 250 grams
Currant 1 Cup
100 grams of margarine whisk with 1 Cup of sugar, introduce 4 yolks, zest 1 lemon, half a Cup of milk, 100 g flour.
