What you need:

chicken egg 3 pieces
butter 150 grams
poppy 2 tablespoons
sugar 200 grams
vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon
baking powder 1 teaspoon
flour 500 grams
Mandarin or orange 1 piece


In a bowl sift the flour with baking powder, add poppy seeds and zest.
Mix the softened butter with sugar, add eggs and vanilla sugar.

Pass the dough through a meat grinder with a large grate.
Coming out of the meat grinder, cut the dough snakes at a distance of 13-15 cm and divide into bundles of 3-4 snakes, roll them into flagella and twist in the form of a rose.
Spread the cookies on a baking sheet at a distance from each other, as when baking it increases in size.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15-20 minutes.
