CHOCOLATE MULLED WINE

What you need:

Water 500 milliliters
Powdered sugar 400 grams
Cocoa powder 100 grams
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Anise 4 stars
Cloves 8 pieces
Bitter chocolate (about 70%), chop 250 grams
Oranges thinly sliced 2 pieces
Rosemary 1 sprig
Red wine 750 milliliters

Prepare:

Water, sugar, cocoa, spices and chocolate spread in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Spread oranges and rosemary.
Leave for 10 minutes, then pour the wine.
Stir.
Serve hot.
