CHOCOLATE AT HOME
What you need:
butter 50 grams
cocoa 5 tablespoons
sugar 6-8 tablespoons
flour 1 teaspoon
milk 5 tablespoons
vanilla sugar ¼ teaspoon
ground nuts to taste and on request
Mix cocoa and sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and stir until smooth. Pour the remaining milk. Put the pan on medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
After the cocoa has boiled, add the butter, reduce the heat to a minimum and bring the mixture to a boil.
Remove from heat and through a fine sieve introduce flour. When the flour is completely dissolved, again bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and allow to cool a little. Pour the vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly.
Pour the chocolate into ice molds, pre-lubricate them with butter.
If desired, you can add any crushed nuts to the chocolate.
