What you need:

225 grams of flour
150 milliliters of boiling water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 feathers or sprigs of green onion


We make cutlets-preparations.
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt, sesame oil and boiling water.
Quickly stir the mixture with a wooden spoon (sticks) until all the flour is wet.
Give the contents of the bowl to cool slightly and knead the dough with your hands until smooth.
Roll into a ball, return to the bowl, cover with a towel and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
While the dough is resting, wash and cut the green onions. About 4 sprigs (take the white parts).
Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough into a rectangle/square 2-3 mm thick. Grease with vegetable oil according to your taste (sunflower, corn, sesame or if you like hot — chili oil). Top sprinkle with onions.
Roll the dough with the filling tightly into a roll and cut it into 12 parts.
Each piece of zaschipit on both sides, flatten the resulting lump palm and roll into a thin cake with a diameter of about 10 centimeters.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan (do not regret, the cake should get a crusty crust) and heat it over medium heat. Spread the cakes on the pan (on the edges of the cake oil should zaburlit white small bubbles) and fry until Golden brown.
