CAKE «PRINCE CHERRY»
What you need:
for the dough
120 grams of delicious-tasting mayonnaise
3/4 Cup sugar
1 Cup flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon soda, slaked vinegar.
For the cream
1/2 Cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa,
300 grams of butter, vanillin
2 cups cherries, pitted
50-100 grams of cognac
5 tablespoons sugar
Cherries for 2 days soaked in cognac.
For the dough whisk eggs with sugar, add delicious mayonnaise, cocoa, flour, soda slaked vinegar. The mixture is allowed to stand for 10-15 minutes. Next, bake at 180° for 20-30 minutes.
Ready cake cut into 2 equal layers.
For cream one egg mix with 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 Cup milk and 4 tablespoons cocoa, bring to a boil and cool.
In the cooled mass add vanilla, 1 egg, 300 grams of softened butter. All are thoroughly mix and chill.
Next, from the cakes gently pull out the contents to make them look like «plates». The removed mass is mixed with cream and cherries. Optionally, grated walnuts can be added.
Cream fill plates and connect them. Top cake pour chocolate icing and decorate.
