BALLS OF POTATOES
What you need:
50 grams of butter
800 grams of potatoes
1 raw egg for puree
red and black ground pepper, salt to taste
40 grams of wheat flour
vegetable oil for deep frying
Peel the potatoes, cook until half-cooked and drain the water.
Not allowing to cool down, quickly and carefully RUB the wooden pestle. Add the pre-melted hot butter, raw egg, salt, pepper to taste, once again RUB well and mix.
Form of warm mashed potatoes n balls. Roll them in flour and breaded in wheat flour of the highest grade.
Heat vegetable oil to a boil in a pan and fry the potato balls in it until Golden brown.
Serve hot, decorated with fresh herbs.
